To that end, we are always striving to provide relevant support services & information to our clients to keep their asset management iniative on track… and there’s no limit to the number of cases or enquiries you can submit.

Our Customer Support incorporates access to:

• Product & System Manuals, Technical specifications

• End User Training - follow-up & refresher courses

• Service, repair & maintenance of scanning & printing hardware

• Onsite customer support & call-out (fee based)

• System & hardware upgrades for clients with an active End User Maintenance Agreement

Should you require any Technical support for your installed asset management solution or hardware, please utilise either our Support Request Form below, or alternatively contact us to raise your technical issue.

When completing the form, please advise us of any error messages received & what you were doing when the error / problem occurred in the Message section.

Our Technical support is available between the hours Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.00pm Australian WST (excl Public holidays).

 


Hardcat Technical Support
Hardcat Support is available between the hours Mon - Fri 9.00am - 5.00pm Australian EST (excl Public holidays). You can contact the Support Help Desk on +61 3 9695 5400.

Help desk staff will address all issues raised without any unneccesary delay. When requesting support, please advise us of your Hardcat licence number & the version of Hardcat you are running.
