Our data capture personnel are trained & experienced in all aspects of asset stocktaking. We follow a systematic approach and methodology that has minimal impact on your daily work environment.

We utilise barcode technology whenever possible for our audits to ensure cost effective, efficient & accurate data collection, inturn reducing human error in the capture process to a minimum.

We’ll go on-site and catalogue a list of your assets for you, labelling and clearly identifying them against a range of parameters including Asset Types, Locations, Cost Centres, Personnel or Custodians, Conditions & other required information.

ATA can audit and stocktake your assets periodically (eg. annual stocktake). Our services will free up your staff from from the time consuming and tedious task of a physical asset audit.

We’ll even provide our services to companies operating inhouse asset or corporate ERP systems, where on-site stocktake assistance is not available.
